This role will see you reporting to the Lawyer in Workcover where you will provide administrative support. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email;
- Draft, proofread, and file or send legal documents;
- Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining lawyers’ calendars, scheduling appointments, making photocopies, and compiling complex documentation; and
- Create and maintain case files.
To be considered for this role you will have proven experience as a legal assistant ideally with experience in personal injury law. In addition to this you will have:
- High attention to detail;
- Warm and friendly personality;
- Proactive and highly organised;
- Excellent communication skills.
- You will be joining a genuinely down to earth and support team in the heart of the CBD.
