Job Description:We are working with a highly respected not-for-profit organisation based in Toorak. Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their supportive team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role has been created to provide vital assistance during an exciting payroll system implementation.With a workforce of over 3,000 employees, this organisation prides itself on its inclusive culture, commitment to the community, and dedication to supporting its people.The Role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

End-to-end payroll processing for over 3000 employees using Chris21
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements
Managing payroll queries with professionalism and efficiency
Supporting the payroll team during the implementation of a new payroll system
Assisting with reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives

About You
You will bring:

Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ideally within a large, complex organisation
Good knowledge of Chris21
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication skills
