Tenure: 3 months with a view to permanent appointment.
Days & Hours: Monday to Friday 04:30 Hrs to 13:00 Hrs. Regular overtime available.
Pay rate: $42.23 per hour (casual). Penalty rates apply.
Immediate start.
What you will be required to do:You will be required to work in a fast past environment within a fantastic team in the Hervey Bay area.
Must work closely with a small tight knit team.
Awareness that we work in the waste industry.
Operation of company collection vehicles and equipment.
Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities.
Daily pre-starts and maintenance checks on vehicles and equipment.
Client interaction and safe loading and unloading of truck.
To be successful in the role you will:
HC License.
Provide driver history record.
Experience with PUD and HR driving around city and metropolitan areas advantageous.
A good level of fitness. Required to move heavy bins into position.
Forklift licence an advantage.
Undertake induction and onboarding requirements.
Have working rights in Australia.
Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work.
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
Possibility for ongoing local work.
