- Support the branch team to achieve personal lending, service, and operational outcomes
- Manage member enquiries and provide tailored information on Qudos products and services
- Assist with personal lending applications, including data entry, document preparation, and member communication
- Handle complex member needs, cash transactions, and account maintenance
- Support members with digital banking and escalate queries or complaints as needed
- Actively cross-sell products and make outbound calls to new and prospective members
- Record sales activity in Prosper and follow up on future opportunities and referrals
- Achieve set KPIs and contribute to team presentation and service standards
- Participate in service training, including FX and insurance
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and statutory requirements
- Promote a safe work environment and report WHS incidents promptly
- Constructively challenge and escalate concerns through appropriate channels
- Perform additional duties as directed by Management.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to understand and respond to member needs
- Proven ability to achieve results and take accountability for outcomes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Adaptability in a fast-changing environment and willingness to learn
- Lending experience across personal loans and credit cards
- Cash handling experience and a strong background in cross-selling
- Solid experience in banking or financial services
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and online research tools
- Accurate typing (35+ WPM) and strong written communication skills
