- Present use cases with conviction, leveraging data within ContentSquare, Sales Force, and Adobe Analytics and external innovation to ensure that Pandora becomes and remains an example of digital excellency
- Build strong internal relationships with e-Commerce, merchandising, operations, and wider marketing & Global e-Commerce team. Collaborate with and learn from colleagues in similar roles globally
- Develop and train team members in reporting and analysis to foster and nature a high level of commerciality within the team
- Cocreate a robust monthly testing and personalization roadmap with global and local ecommerce teams and introduce new experience opportunities during peak promotional and campaign periods
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new AI driven virtual tools to drive guided selling that assist in increasing basket and conversion and support with
- E-Commerce experience, Optimization, Customer Experience, User Experience, Knowledge of CMS, Adobe Analytics, Jira, SFCC, Project Management Tooling (Asana, Trello, Monday, click up, etc)
- Understanding of A/B testing and reporting, best practices of testing, optimization and drivers of online conversion
- Strong knowledge of A/B testing tools (Monetate preferred) HTML, CSS, some JS, Project Management, Content Square, Bloomreach, Adobe Analytics
- Strong verbal, written and PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Quick learner, a self-starter and able adapt to a professional and high-performance work environment.
- Previous experience working in omnichannel required.
- You are proactive, organized, driven, a self-starter, able to synthesize data and figure out next steps
