Landscape and Civil Senior Project Manager Required in Brisbane - $130-$160k + Super + Car + Phone + Laptop| National OrganisationABOUT THE COMPANYOur client is a leader in the Civil and Landscape Industry and due to continued success are now seeking to further expand their already successful team. Specailisng within the civil sector they are taking on larger, more exciting projects and are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their organisation.Skills and Qualifications Required:

Proven experience working within the landscaping and civil Industry - Minimum 5 years
Experienced in MS Project/Programme
Cost Control/Forecasting
Contract Reviews & Understanding
Project Budgeting
Ability to lead by example and manage other staff, trades and subcontractors to meet deadlines

Role Duties:

Project - completion projects on time and within budget, meeting milestones throughout delivery.
Safety - documenting, reporting and meeting all monthly safety targets set by client and company.
Productivity - effectively managing resources within the project - scheduling, subcontractors, internal team and equipment
Quality Control - meeting expectations agreed with client and builder delivering high-quality.
Profit Margin - Achieving profit margins on each project.
Cost Control
Reporting - Project forecasts and monthly timelines
Leadership - leading by example, motivating the team, ability to communicate effectively.
