Join our world and let's do good things together.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Communications Content Editor ideates, creates, and executes world-class digital and social media content that engages, connects, and inspires our team and customers across the entire business. You'll lead content creation and editing for the business's digital and social platforms, ensuring our tone remains consistent and strong. Collaborating with teams across the business, you'll uncover new content opportunities and stay updated on trends to keep our global audience engaged. Monitoring platform performance, analytics and implementing technical updates will inform future strategies and be key to keeping the audience engaged. If you're an energetic, social-savvy storyteller passionate about creating engaging digital content, this role is your chance to make a real impact.*This is a 12 month contract*SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Degree or experience in Communications, Journalism or PR required.
  • Experience as a Copywriter, Editor, Blogger or Digital Marketer, specifically in social media.
  • Strong creative writing, copy editing and communication skills transferable to a varied digital channel mix.
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and Electronic Direct Mail (eDM).
  • Understanding of data analytics tools, with the ability to analyse data and reports relating to customer reach and engagement.
  • Confident decision-making skills that will impact the success of our customer reach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently communicate with all departments and management levels.
