In support of this growth, Ventia are inviting expressions of interest for a Quality Assurance Auditor to join their global and diverse organisation.About the RoleAs a QA Auditor you will be responsible for providing specialist guidance and support to the business to assist them to achieve the best possible performance in quality outcomes. You will complete quality assurance audits of in progress and completed works to ensure contractual/ company compliance and manage risk. Your other main responsibilities include:

Prepare regular reports to management of quality and conformance trends and effectiveness of remedial actions.
Developing and coordinating Quality Management Systems.
Providing advice, information and assist in Quality Assurance compliance within a risk management framework.
Conduct regular and systematic site attendance and provide routine coaching and mentoring to workgroups.

About youTo be successful in the role, you should hold the following skills & experience:

Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead (UET30619) or equivalent desirable but not essential.
Proven experience in either power systems, overhead distribution/transmission, or electrical technology.
Systems approach with the ability to problem solve and provide remedial actions.
Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence work groups.
Proven experience with Quality Management Systems and ensuring accurate records are kept.
