Job DescriptionThe primary role of the Retail Manager is to lead and manage employees, working alongside the Managing Pharmacist. In addition, you are also responsible for:Job ResponsibilitiesAssisting with customer service queriesCoordinating staff recruitmentCoordinating staff training and development activitiesEnsuring organisational policies and procedures are followedMaintaining workplace Occupational Health and SafetyResolving staffing issues and stock discrepanciesSupporting and contributing a cooperative organisational cultureSkillsAbility to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may ariseDedicated work ethicEffective leadership and management skillsEfficient problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service skillsEye for detail and accuracyProficiency in using computer systemsStrong communication skills among all stakeholdersCertificationsEducationPhysical RequirementsRepeat the same movementsStand for long periods of timeUse hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controlsFooterThe successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.
