This role will see you working on a wide range of matters, including:

General commercial transactions
Corporate structuring and transactions
Wills, estate planning, and succession
Business restructuring and insolvency
Tax and trusts
Joint ventures and private business matters
General commercial contracting

You’ll be advising private businesses, start-ups, NFPs, and high-net-worth individuals across industries such as mining, technology, engineering, finance, and healthcare.About You
You will bring a minimum of 7 years post-admission experience , i deally gained in a reputable commercial or corporate practice, and will demonstrate:

Strong drafting and technical legal skills
A commercial, client-focused approach
Excellent attention to detail and time management
Sound experience in both corporate and commercial law
A strong understanding of the Corporations Act
Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
A collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
Experience working with both public and private companies
