Working within a busy, centralised service area, the successful candidate will provide a crucial service across multiple teams within the Academic Services Division.Key responsibilities will include:Information Provision and CommunicationProvide information and advice on a wide range of administrative and academic matters to internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist with developing standard operating procedures and liaise with staff across the university to coordinate responses to specific enquiries.Administrative SupportProvide high-level administrative support to the Academic Services Division, including assessing and processing applications, coordinating requests, and managing documentation. This role also involves undertaking general office duties such as ordering supplies, organising travel, and managing credit card reconciliations.Quality Assurance and ComplianceAssist with processes to ensure the accuracy of information in university databases, websites, and publications. You will also contribute to internal and regulatory reporting, quality assurance, and risk management processes.Team CollaborationActively participate in events like Open Days and Orientation and provide administrative and secretarial support to committees and working groups.
