- Proactively identify and bring on new clients through strategic business development initiatives and cold calling.
- Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- High level of sales & business development.
- Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers.
- You are a natural relationship builder with a strong sales background (e.g., gym sales, retail management, or call center experience).
- You are confident, outgoing, and resilient.
- You are self-motivated, outcome-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where success is measured by results.
- You must have your own car for client visits; you'll be able to claim back your kilometers.
- Any prior recruitment experience is a plus, but not essential.
