As a Senior Partner in the Strategy & Planning team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring organisation delivery against Monash Health Strategy and Clinical Services Plan. Reporting to the Director Strategy & Planning, you will lead high-priority strategic initiatives, translate strategic intent into practical action, and support the development of key organisational plans. This is a full time 12 month fixed term position.Your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving strategic and service planning initiatives aligned with Monash Health's priorities
  • Supporting the delivery of the Monash Health Strategy and Clinical Services Plan
  • Facilitating workshops and strategic discussions to generate insights and guide decision-making
  • Establishing systems and processes that enable effective delivery of organisational objectives
  • Building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
