Access theYour new role:We are seeking a CNC or CMC – Blood Management to provide advanced clinical leadership and expertise across Metro South Health. In this role, you will:
  • Deliver high-level consultancy and clinical leadership in the specialty of Blood Management.
  • Support safe, effective and appropriate use of blood and blood products across the health service.
  • Provide education, training and mentorship to staff and patients.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety, quality outcomes and best practice care.
About you:You are an experienced and passionate nurse leader who brings advanced clinical knowledge and a commitment to excellence in blood management. You will have:
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (RN) and relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Expertise in patient blood management, including demonstrated knowledge of NSQHS Standard 7.
  • Strong leadership, education and mentoring skills to support staff and promote a culture of best practice.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines and drive quality improvement and innovation in patient care.
