I’m recruiting for a busy foam manufacturing company seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join their warehouse team. This is a hands-on role involving loading and unloading trucks, stock reorganisation, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate a counterbalance forklift with clamp attachment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload foam products and materials on trucks
- Reorganise stock in the warehouse and yard as needed
- Keep the workspace clean and compliant with safety standards
- Support production and warehouse teams with general duties
- May include light machine operating tasks
- Valid LF forklift licence with experience on counterbalance forklifts
- Comfortable using clamp attachments (or keen to learn)
- Physically fit and safety conscious
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to get involved in additional machine operating tasks
- Full-time, stable role with ongoing work
