We are seeking a reliable and motivated Farm Hand to join our team in Echuca, Victoria. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a passion for broadacre farming and proven experience in crop irrigation systems. You'll play a key role in supporting seasonal cropping programs and ensuring optimal irrigation performance across the farm.Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planting, spraying, harvesting, and general crop management activities
Operate and maintain crop irrigation systems
Operate tractors, loaders, ATVs, headers, sprayers and other farm machinery
Carry out machinery maintenance and basic repairs
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pumps, pipes, and other irrigation infrastructure
Carry out general farm maintenance, including mowing lawns, cleaning sheds, and tidying work areas
Perform general farm duties as needed to support smooth operations

What You’ll Bring:

Previous experience as a farm hand, particularly with broadacre farming operations
Hands on experience in crop irrigation and knowledge of irrigation scheduling principles
Mechanically minded with the ability to operate and maintain farm machinery
A current HR Truck licence is desirable
Strong work ethic with a proactive and can-do attitude
Willingness to work flexible hours during peak periods
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
