Focused on making physical activity fun and accessible for all ages.The RoleWe're looking for someone that is passionate about movement, coaching and leadership. You must have a high level of interest in being a part of the Ninja Parc community. Whilst you will be provided with training, structure and support this role will require a high degree of independence and initiative.Initially the responsibilities of this role will be split between local (Ninja Parc Newcastle) and national (Ninja Parc Australia). Moving to fully National in an agreed timeframe.KPI:
  • Quality control - Customer feedback scores
  • Ninja Parc Academy - Student growth targets
  • Ninja Parc Championship League - Registration numbers
  • Team - Staff participation in training and development
Key responsibilities:
  • Deliver and develop programming for Ninja Parc Academy classes
  • Develop and implement practical training for all staff
  • Work with venues on maximising class timetables
  • Ninja Parc Academy growth across all venues
  • Ninja Parc Championship League growth and execution
  • Assist with the execution of obstacle resets
  • Ninja Parc casual product delivery and quality
  • Ninja coach communication and community
What we are looking for (Essential):
  • Ability to deliver high quality coaching
  • Ability to work with kids, teens and adults
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • A proactive attitude
  • Coaching qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to travel as required
Desirable:
  • Experience/certification in gymnastics
  • Experience/certification in obstacle/ninja
  • Experience/certification in parkour
  • Experience/certification in calisthenics
  • Experience working with children
  • Experience in customer service
  • Proven track record of working towards and achieving targets
  • Experience in development of other team members
