- Engage with C-level and senior executives at EPCs, OEM's and BHP to position Rockwell Automation as the preferred automation and digital partner.
- Engage with automation, power and digital people at EPCs, OEM's and BHP to position Rockwell Automation as the preferred automation and digital partner.
- Lead early engagement efforts with EPCs to influence project specifications, participate in FEED studies, and identify high-value opportunities.
- Define and own the Win Strategy for major pursuits, articulating a compelling value proposition tailored to BHP's operational and strategic goals.
- Track and maintain a pipeline of major project opportunities, ensuring regular updates and visibility across internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global and local Rockwell teams, including business units, sales, and partners, to assemble the right resources for each pursuit.
- Drive adoption of Rockwell's full portfolio including control systems, digital solutions, network & cybersecurity, lifecycle services, and remote support.
- Position Rockwell as the lowest-risk, highest-value supplier through tailored, multi-vendor solutions that deliver measurable economic value.
- Develop a sales strategy and execution plan for each qualified opportunity.
- Build deep, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at EPCs, OEM's and BHP, understanding their business drivers and aligning Rockwell's offerings accordingly.
- Provide an annual engagement plan for EPCs, OEM's and BHP with local and global Rockwell teams.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies relevant to the mining and EPC landscape.
- Maintain latest knowledge of Rockwell's solutions and industry best practices.
- Minimum 5-15 years' experience in business development, sales, or project leadership within EPC(M)s or the mining/resources sector.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million dollar projects and influencing large-scale capital decisions.
- Experience with automation, digital transformation, and industrial technology.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
