The role requires a strategically minded professional who enjoys the craft of our discipline, hunting for and driving client opportunities and coaching and developing team members.As a senior member of the team, you will work alongside the Sydney Lead to oversee communications programs across a diverse range of industries and sectors, provide strategic, day-to-day advice to clients and the team, and be responsible with your colleagues for the success of our work. You will also work as part of a national leadership team to identify, qualify and win new business, and train and develop the skills of team members.Approach and attitude

Leadership

Actively contribute to and participate in initiatives that underpin our ambition and direction as a firm
Support the Sydney Lead to develop, train and mentor the team
Contribute to and drive a positive, high-performing team environment with a strong culture
Contribute to the progression and career pathways of team members, with the support of the Sydney Lead and line managers across Sydney and Melbourne
Uphold our values, standards, guidelines and commitments as a national team
Support the Sydney Lead ensure the day-to-day, on-the-ground needs of our Sydney team are always met

Growth

Manage and grow a profitable client portfolio, achieving optimal productivity
Identify revenue opportunities that deliver new and organic client growth
Ensure we always operate profitably as a firm
Think on your feet to provide clients and teams with solutions to problems
Persuade, inspire and build trust with colleagues, clients and our agency partners
Collaborate with sister Clemenger Group agencies to create new client opportunities
