In addition to your hands-on work, you'll play a key role in supporting and guiding apprentices, sharing your knowledge to help them develop their skills and confidence.Your Role in Action
Perform maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on mechanical equipment and components
Operate workshop machinery including lathes, mills, and grinders to produce or modify parts
Fit, assemble, and install mechanical systems and machinery components
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Accurately document maintenance activities and complete job records
Your Winning CombinationOur ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III in Engineering - (Mechanical Fitting), along with a current Confined Space certificate, a valid Safe Working at Heights certificate, and driver's license. If you have additional certificates, that's a plus!
