  • Secure contracts ranging from $100,000 to $10 million.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tender preparation and successful proposal submissions.
  • Drive revenue growth for the cleaning division through portfolio expansion and strategic sales initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all sales activities, including tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and strategic positioning.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights.
