- Interact with customers business contacts IT & Business and find opportunities using” business language” and active listening 60%-70% of the time.
- Deliver high level of activities on weekly basis to build and mature qualified pipeline opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipeline status and forecasted opportunities.
- Develop proactive relationships and collaborate with extended Tech Cloud teams (Marketing, Business development, Presales, Consultants, Customer success team, etc…)
- Develop and implement a sales plan that provides complete territory and sector specific coverage.
- Develop appropriate sales programs and solutions; maintain up-to-date competitive information and compile regional success stories
- Lead successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists
- Contribute and lead in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.
- Contribute individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
- Own the OC 'Journey to Cloud' pitch from a services sale perspective and align with cross-LoB Sales Plays to position Oracle Consulting as the “preferred partner of choice for Cloud” with customers & within the organization
- Develop and Engage with new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment or channel across ANZ
- Lead and develop large & complex cloud migration and consulting opportunities.
- Work with the Oracle Consulting Solutions team during the opportunity phase
- Accountability & ownership of OC ANZ's booking targets for a specified domain.
- Strong background with 5+ years of solution and sales experience with meaningful interaction with customers on cloud related topics.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships at the executive level.
- Knowledge of concepts relating to
- SaaS, Technology across Platform & Infrastructure, On-premise, Hybrid & Cloud
- Infrastructure: public, private & hybrid cloud deployments with experience of moving On-premise workloads to Cloud required;
- Cloud Migration and Transformation services
