They are looking for a motivated and passionate Graduate Electrical Engineer who is ready to kick-start their career in a role that blends technical and site-based work, and engage with clients. You’ll apply your engineering knowledge to make our clients more efficient, safe, and productive, while learning from experienced engineers across diverse industries including mining, energy, and oil & gas.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with engineering analysis, design, and development of solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Contribute to project activities including cost estimation, scope development, scheduling, and client liaison.
- Support on-site audits, commissioning, and operational support through regular travel to client sites.
- Gain exposure to a variety of engineering software tools (e.g., SKM PTW, PowerCAD, Safearth, AutoCAD).
- Engage with clients directly, building strong relationships and learning to align engineering outcomes with business value.
- Participate in small, project-based teams to deliver quality, commercially valuable outcomes.
- Rotate across multidisciplinary teams, broadening your technical and business skillset.
- A Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical or Electronic), completed or near completion.
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering practical, client-focused solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
