- Coordinating daily housekeeping operations and team member task assignments
- Allocating room lists and monitoring workload across team shifts
- Leading daily inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards
- Monitoring labour costs and productivity targets to align with operational goals
- Supporting, mentoring and training team members to deliver consistent service excellence
- Promoting and enforcing WHS policies and safety-first procedures
- Engaging with guests and clients to address and resolve feedback positively and professionally
- Proven supervisory experience, ideally within housekeeping or cleaning operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
- Excellent time management, task prioritisation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and think on your feet
- Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends, public holidays, and stayovers)
- A valid WA Driver's Licence
