About the roleWe’re all about helping our members make the most of their money. And while they go after their goals, you can too. As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the delivery of complex and high-priority business change projects across ART. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll also play a key role in stakeholder engagement, team motivation, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.Day to day, you'll:
Lead end-to-end project delivery aligned with ART’s strategic objectives.
Apply robust governance, controls, and risk management frameworks.
Engage and manage stakeholders across business units and external vendors.
Motivate and guide project teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
Ensure clear communication of project goals, progress, and outcomes.

Success in planning and delivery of projects that are highly complex, cost and/or value in a medium sized corporate environment.
Demonstrated experience in delivering Investment related projects
Strong knowledge and experience of project management methodologies and techniques
Demonstrated strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic outcomes
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
Ability to interpret business, information and technical architecture roadmaps and align to the needs of a project.
Demonstrated skills in understanding and practicing project risk management.
Experience with Project Server/Online at an advanced level.
Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing project schedules, as well as forming fit-for-purpose project teams and implementing effective ways of working to achieve project outcomes.
