• Load and unload modular buildings and hire equipment.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare units for re-hire.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups.
• Maintain yard cleanliness and organisation.
• Perform basic servicing and repairs.
• Record inspections and maintenance.
• Support customers with equipment handovers and queries.

• Lead and supervise yard staff in daily operations.
• Oversee the inspection, cleaning, and preparation of modular units and hire equipment.
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and fleet movements.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and logistics.

• Valid driver’s licence (essential).
• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience.
• Physically fit and safety conscious.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
