About the Role
  • Bring your creative flair to the table
  • Oversee the production and quality of food within your own section
  • Show passion for quality and consistency across all areas and during all stages of production
  • Preparing food as per menu requirements
About You
  • Being able to adapt to different cooking styles
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a commercial cooking environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of Food Safety
  • Relevant trade papers or qualifications
