These are the values that set us apart, along with our people, our state-of-the-art technology, our innovative systems, and our imaging and diagnosis.Our busy Central Coast clinics located in Erina, Long Jetty and Brisbane Waters are seeking a customer focused and dedicated medical receptionist/contact centre agent to rotate between the 3 clinics. This role is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday with 7.5 hour shifts between 5:45am to 9pm and optional weekend work.What will you be doing?

Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
Taking inbound calls as part of our internal contact centre
Making appointments for clinics using multiple computer systems
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers

Previous medical reception/contact centre experience (highly desirable)
Ability to multitask while using multiple computer systems
Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
