- Drive growth across NSW by managing, supporting, and expanding relationships with key distributors and end users
- Build trust on the ground — conduct in-store visits, on-site demos, toolbox talks, and technical training to add real value
- Uncover new opportunities by identifying gaps in the market, engaging new accounts, and expanding our regional footprint
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, customer satisfaction, and after-sales support
- Champion our brands by staying on top of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
- Maintain clear visibility of your pipeline using CRM tools and deliver regular progress updates to the sales team
- Bring energy to events by participating in trade shows, expos, and customer activations across NSW
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management — ideally in the welding, industrial, safety, or hardware sectors
- Solid technical knowledge of welding products or the drive to learn fast
- Natural relationship-builder with a hunter mentality and a hands-on attitude
- Self-starter who thrives on the road, loves meeting people, and takes pride in smashing targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly throughout NSW. Regular overnight trips to customers is required with minimum of 5 nights per month
