What We Are Looking For:
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, coaching, and inspiring teams to achieve KPIs and exceed business goals
Tools or Trade Knowledge: A solid understanding of tools and equipment, whether gained through a retail environment or hands-on trade experience
Retail or Operational Background: Experience managing store operations, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service
Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for creating memorable customer experiences and fostering a service-first culture
Operational Expertise: Strong skills in stock management, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure smooth store operations
Business Development Focus: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: A can-do attitude, ready to tackle challenges and continuously improve processes
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and develop the leadership and sales team to achieve KPIs and business objectives
Drive profitability across all store functions
Management of warehousing, stock control, and inventory
Oversee workshop operations

Continuous innovation and enhancement of business processes
Drive customer service excellence, leading by example all the way
Recruit, on-board and train new team members as required
