Job Category: Professional Services DeliveryJob Description:The team in Maddington, WA are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager - Stabilisation to lead the sustainable growth of our business with a strong emphasis on maintaining a Zero Harm environment. The successful candidate will have previous road stabilisation/civil roads experience and demonstrate a high level of independent, objective decision making in daily operations, while also contributing collaboratively to strategic and business initiatives. Travel to regional sites and weekend work will be required.WHAT YOU'LL BRING
  • More than 5 years experience as a Project Manager delivering road stabilisation/civil roads projects or other relevant industry.
  • Expereince in the supervision of personnel, plant, machinery and subcontractors on site.
  • Ability to read and understand plans & specifications.
  • Stakeholder engagement - able to build relationships, both internal and external.
  • Demonstrated success in managing performance of your line reports to meet and exceed agreed targets.
  • Successful track record with planning, organising and time management.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and computer skills.
  • Good understanding of the relevant OHS regulations and legislative requirements as applied to the road industry.
  • Ability to work away for periods of time when required.
