As an industry leader and employer of choice, we're Made for More.About the roleWesTrac is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join the General Workshop Rebuilds team based at our Tomago Branch.Reporting to the Project Manager, this position will see you responsible for providing a high level of administration support to the Project Coordinators and first-class service to both internal and external customers.This role will provide exposure to multiple areas of the business and involve administration duties such as carrying out work order management activities, reconciling invoices, data entry, records management, creating and maintaining documentation, accurate timesheet entry and assistance and continuous ongoing general administrative support for the branch.This position will see the successful candidate working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday.Key Responsibilities
  • Providing a high level of support to the Project Coordinators
  • Creating work orders
  • Creating workshop handover scope documents
  • Parts Ordering
  • Warranty claims
  • Coordination and management of work in progress
  • Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices
  • Updating work schedules and cost allocation
  • Booking training and maintaining the training matrix
  • Updating team intranet sites
  • Data entry and general administration duties within the branch
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator role
  • Business Administration qualification or equivalent
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise work to meet competing deadlines
  • Highly developed attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP experience is highly desirable
