  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share, particularly in regions like South America, Africa, and Central Asia.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for high-value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Drive sales performance by developing tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
  • Take on a lead travel role to maintain presence in key markets, helping reduce travel demands on other team members.
