We're looking for a passionate and experienced Duty Manager to join our team full-time and be part of this landmark opening.This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the guest experience from the very beginning, working in a stunning new setting while contributing to the next chapter of Minor Hotels in Brisbane.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead, motivate, and support the front office team to deliver genuine, memorable hospitality.
  • Set the standard by demonstrating service excellence and coaching the team to follow your lead.
  • Ensure all front office operations run smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.
  • Manage guest arrivals and departures with ease, creating a seamless first and last impression.
  • Quickly and professionally resolve guest queries or concerns, ensuring every stay ends on a high note.
QualificationsYou'll thrive in this role if you bring:
  • Proven experience in a hotel front office supervisory role, with the ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • A solid background in the hospitality industry (hotel or resort preferred) with a strong understanding of front office operations and guest service standards.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a calm, professional approach even when under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, ensuring priorities are met and tasks are completed on schedule.
  • A polished and professional presentation that reflects the high standards of Minor Hotels.
  • Flexibility to work across weekends and varying shifts to support the needs of a 24/7 operation.
