- Lead and drive consistent IT service delivery across the Group, ensuring alignment with SLAs and business objectives.
- Manage and mentor a geographically dispersed team of direct and indirect reports.
- Drive service performance through KPIs, issue resolution, and process optimisation.
- Champion cybersecurity strategy and ensure the protection of technology assets.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Contribute to the ICT strategy and Transformation roadmap, aligning technology with business goals.
- Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology.
- Certified ITIL practitioner.
- Minimum 5 years in ICT leadership across multiple regions.
- Proven experience in cybersecurity strategy and IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, remote teams.
- Formal Project Management certification.
- Experience in cloud hosting, server technologies, and network systems.
