You'll work closely with agencies like Police, FACS, and the Coroner, ensuring all document requests are accurate, timely, and confidential.What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritise medico-legal requests
- Process subpoenas, Chapter 16A, and High Risk Birth Alerts
- Ensure compliance with health privacy laws and policies
- Maintain and report on medico-legal databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience handling confidential information (public sector a plus)
- Knowledge of Chapter 16A or medical records systems (desirable)
- On-the-job training (DMR, iPM, CAP, Microsoft Suite)
- A friendly, supportive team and great admin coordinator
