About the role:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This role provides professional social work services across inpatient and ED settings, supporting patients and their families with complex discharge planning, psychosocial assessments, advocacy, counselling, and referrals to community services. Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent with eligibility for membership with Australian Association of Social Work (AASW)
