Desktop Support Engineer | 6month contract - ASAP Start

- 3+ years' desktop or technical support experience
- Experience supporting 250-400 users
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Proactive, service-oriented approach
- Solid Microsoft tech knowledge (Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, Endpoint Manager)
- ITIL certification and experience with Cherwell, SCCM, PowerShell (desirable)
- Familiarity with VDI and network infrastructure (a plus)
- Use ServiceNow or similar platforms for incident management
- Diagnose and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, video conferencing)
- Provide remote support via TeamViewer, RDP
- Troubleshoot, repair, upgrade, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and conferencing equipment
- Apply basic cybersecurity principles
- Manage software deployment with SCCM and Intune
- Handle and resolve escalated incidents promptly
