Your role will involve providing technical direction, managing project outcomes, and supporting the development of junior engineers. This is a key leadership position with the opportunity to make a real impact both on project success and on the future of the team.DUTIES.

Provide technical expertise throughout a project’s lifecycle
Prepare detailed engineering reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders
Design, analyze, and optimize hydraulic systems, components, and equipment to meet project requirements
Conduct site investigations
Play an active role in business development
Train, mentor and guide Junior Hydraulic Engineers

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

Relevant Degree qualification
End to end design and calculations for Hydraulics Building Services
Exposure to Fire Services is beneficial
Proven experience within a management role
Established local experience within Australia
Liaising with key stakeholders
