We are seeking passionate and committed Disability Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis.In this role, you will enhance the quality of life for our clients by delivering tailored support that fosters independence and meaningful community participation.Current Client Vacancies
  • 34-year-old male with autism and intellectual disability (non-verbal)
  • Currently in Melbourne CBD; soon relocating to Highett.
  • 7-year-old female with intellectual disability and ADHD
  • School in Aspendale; home in Keysborough
Available Shifts
  • Daytime community access
  • Overnight support
Casual hours give you the flexibility to balance work with your personal commitments, while making a direct impact in people’s lives.Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Facilitate community access, social engagement, and therapy/educational activities.
  • Deliver overnight support, including personal care and light household tasks.
  • Implement and adapt care strategies tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Support clients in building life skills and achieving personal goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
  • Collaborate with families, health professionals, and team members to ensure quality care.
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (mandatory)
  • Reliable vehicle + valid driver’s licence
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Flexibility to work across different shifts and locations
  • Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to inclusion
Preferred
  • 3+ years experience supporting people with disabilities (especially complex behaviours)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Community Services, or equivalent experience
  • Educational or professional background in related fields (e.g. social work, psychology, education, nursing).
