Mechanical FitterThe Role:

Fault finding, maintenance and repairs to Brisbane’s water infrastructure systems, (pipes, pumps, control systems)
Utilizing tools of the trade and fixed plant.
Attending to equipment failure or breakdowns as they may occur
Follow and implement safety rules as needed
General housekeeping as required

What You Need:

Trade Qualification and White card
Manual driver’s license preferred
Recent experience as a Mechanical Fitter, with a strong focus on safety.
Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks.
Hep A, Hep B, & Tetanus shot needed
Experience in fault finding and maintenance of components.
Demonstrated experience in an engineering environment.
