- Beep test - 4.1 is the minimum standard
- Illinois Agility Test
- Dead ball lift over the shoulder
- Group task
- Incident reporting
- Formal interview
- Availability for a 6-week full-time training in Perth (Fully Funded)
- Commitment to a minimum of 12 months to obtain qualifications
- Legal right to work in Australia
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical, including a drug & alcohol test
- Starting at $27.35ph during training and then increasing to $29.53ph post training
