- Coordination of Train Movement: Oversee the safe and efficient movement of trains on the Pioneer and Kalamia railway networks, adjusting loco schedules as needed.
- Real-Time Digital Monitoring: Use advanced control systems with real-time GPS and automation tools to monitor and manage train movements, ensuring accurate scheduling and avoiding delays.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply big data analytics to predict issues, optimize schedules, and adjust operations based on real-time conditions, enhancing overall efficiency. Monitor and manage team performance.
- Smart Safety Systems: Implement technologies to monitor rail infrastructure and train conditions, ensuring safety and immediate alerts for any abnormalities.
