Considering one outside of Perth can expand your future employment opportunities and offer you a better quality of life as a Welder/ Fabricator Tradesperson at Water Corporation in a permanent position located in Northam.What the role will involve:You’re the type of Welder/Fabricator who is comfortable working in a flexible but supportive workplace. You are flexible in your work environment and are as comfortable working on site as you are in a workshop. With your civil background and fabrication skills using a range of equipment and welding processes, you’re always looking to develop your skills.Key skills and experience:We are seeking a Fabrication Trade qualified candidate, ideally possessing strong experience in:· Aluminium and Stainless-steel fabrication/welding.· Fabrication of structural components and piping components.Your dedication to Occupational Health and Safety including hazard identification and well developed communication skills are essential for this position along with the following:· Current ‘MR/HR’ drivers Licence· Relevant High Risk Licenses· Demonstrated experience in Fabrication and welding water pipework in the field (desirable)· Ability to work on a standby roster· Ability to work autonomously and part of a team to ensure operational and maintenance outcomes are achieved.Real benefits that matter.So why would you consider us?
