Chefs FIFO from Brisbane to Blackwater QLD

- Travel to one of our Blackwater villages - Driving from a nearby town OR Flying from Brisbane or Gold Coast
- Cook alongside our supportive team for a village of 150-700 people (bulk cooking on day/night shifts)
- Work a 14:7 roster (two weeks living/working on site, 10.5-hour days, and one week home for what matters most)
- SALARY of $90k-$110k + 12% Superannuation (paid on all rostered hours)
- ANNUAL LEAVE of 5 Weeks (+ your week off at the end of each rotation!)
- BONUS of $17k (paid quarterly, if flights not provided)
- FLIGHTS (available from Brisbane or Gold Coast - no annual bonus if flights provided)
- FOOD (catering for all preferences/allergies/intolerances)
- ACCOMMODATION (linen, aircon, fridge, closet, tv, bathroom)
- GYM (on site recreational facilities, vary per village)
- SOCIAL EVENTS (such as fitness, darts, yoga, paint and sip, sports matches, bingo, etc.)

- Cert III in Commercial Cookery (or validated equivalent - evidence required)
- Experience in bulk/batch cooking (industry experience not required!)
- Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
- National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening
