We are currently seeking a permanent Perth-based Project Manager, reporting directly to our Director of Project Management.About the JobAs our Project Manager, you will be project managing concept studies right through to pre-FEED within scope, budget and schedule within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality. This would allow you to still utilise your strong technical engineering background and apply it within a dynamic environment.Summary:
  • You will lead small to medium sized concept study projects right through to pre-FEED.
  • Being part of the Operating Centres Team, you will have local, regional and global stakeholders. Within a relationship driven matrix environment, you will be communicating and collaborating with a range of different internal and external stakeholders with the aim of delivering high quality outcomes resulting in client satisfaction.
  • Motivate, support and manage the team through the life cycle of the project
  • Your regional stakeholders include (not limited to, depending on project) Kuala Lumpur and Mumbai. Your global stakeholders include United Kingdom, France and Holland.
  • To succeed in this role, it is crucial that you possess strong technical engineering background.
  • Driving innovative solutions, with your understanding of what's involved in process engineering, you will be applying your interest and solutions orientated mindset to ensure you oversee all aspects of the project including risk management and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary technical SME for project studies related queries in this client facing role.

  • Qualifications: (Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or equivalent).
  • 5 years experience as a Project Manager within a similar environment.
  • High level of interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal).
  • Demonstrable experience working as part of an integrated, multi-organisation, collaborative teams.
  • Team player with a positive mindset and 'can-do' attitude
