Are you an experienced Estimator looking for your next opportunity in Western Australia? We are inviting expressions of interest from skilled professionals across civil construction, commercial and residential building, and asbestos removal estimators.We work with a diverse portfolio of clients delivering major projects across WA - from infrastructure and land development to hazardous material removal, demolition, and complex builds. Whether you're looking for site-based or office-based roles, permanent positions, or contract engagements, we want to hear from you.Estimator Disciplines We're Seeking:
- Civil Estimators - roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, subdivisions
- Construction Estimators - commercial and residential new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs
- Asbestos Removal Estimators - asbestos removal, contaminated sites, demolition
- All-Rounders - with exposure to multiple disciplines
- Preparing and submitting competitive, accurate cost estimates and tender submissions
- Reviewing project drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
- Liaising with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Performing quantity take-offs, pricing, and value engineering
- Contributing to risk assessments and project planning
- Demonstrated estimating experience in one or more relevant sectors within Australia
- Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., CostX, Cubit, Buildsoft, Excel)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or quantity surveying are highly regarded
