You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting bespoke, made-to-order products that make a real impact in the design and built environment. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, with flexible work arrangements and a supportive team culture.In this role, you will:- Deliver exceptional service by phone and email to both internal and external customers- Accurately process and manage complex sales orders, pricing, and delivery coordination- Track and follow up on deliveries and liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Support the Credit Controller with payments, pro-forma invoicing, and account management- Apply attention to detail to daily reporting, stock coordination, and CRM data entry- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Warehouse teams- Assist with periodic stocktaking and participate in continuous improvement initiativesWhat you bring to the role:- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order-processing environment- A confident communicator with a naturally helpful, solutions-focused mindset- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)- Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central) and CRM platforms highly regarded- Ability to work well in a collaborative team, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability- Experience in a product-based or manufacturing setting is desirable but not essentialWhat we offer:
