Above all, we are adaptable—embracing change and responding swiftly to the evolving needs of our customers, industry, and community.With a bold vision and a vibrant brand, we're looking for a creative and commercially driven Marketing Manager to help us grow and evolve.We are looking for an experienced marketing all-rounder who’s equally strategic and hands-on—that thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to take on this role.About the RoleAs our Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple venues, channels, and events.This is a key leadership role where your creativity and commercial acumen will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, strengthening brand awareness, and promoting business growth—primarily across our core brand, United Chemists.You’ll collaborate within your own team, senior leadership and various departments across the business to ensure our brand voice is consistent, campaigns are results-driven, and every touchpoint aligns with our mission and values.Your graphic design expertise will play a key part in shaping how we present ourselves from digital content and in-pharmacy signage to printed materials and campaign assets.Key ResponsibilitiesYou’ll be the driving force behind integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social. Your creative thinking and ability to deliver on deadlines will shape how customers engage with our venues and experiences.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and print
- Manage marketing budgets and track campaign ROI
- Lead brand strategy and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Design compelling visuals and content using Canva and other tools
- Create and edit visual assets for digital, social, print, signage, and in-venue screens
- Produce campaign copy for social media, websites, EDMs, and promotions
- Drive social media engagement with scroll-stopping visual and written content
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact promotions
- Support stakeholder engagement and maintain strong interdepartmental relationships
- Experience managing end-to-end campaigns across multiple formats
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent visual design sensibility and brand storytelling capability
- Hands-on experience with Canva, and ideally Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, email platforms, and Google Analytics
