- To represent the face and style of the hotel to be able to offer an enticing, warm welcome to all guests entering QT.
- To recognise and acknowledge our loyal guests and welcome new ones upon arrival.
- To stay abreast of current trends, experiences and product knowledge to create a customised experience every time.
- To present on shift impeccably groomed and looking your best at all times.
- To perform according to best practice and procedural operations of the hotel.

- To literally “direct” the guest through the “chaos” of service offerings including (but not limited to) valet service, porterage requirements, concierge expertise, room key pick-ups etc.
- To be aware of VIP guests and their preferences and to ensure preparations are made.
- To anticipate and exceed our guests’ desires at all times, igniting a sense of surprise and delight combined with inquisitive theatrical customer interaction.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all staff & management regularly.
- You are into what is cool for now and connect with the emotive and social drivers of visual presence. You have your own style going on that reflects the ‘inner you’ and love to ‘play the part’ and be part of the show.
- Work together with trust and treat all guests and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect.
